Daily Schedule​

Although schedules across early childhood programs vary widely, all high quality early learning settings offer a mix of activity settings (i.e. whole group, small group, free play, meals, transitions, etc.) which provide a sense of structure and different opportunities for engagement and learning throughout the day. At the Nest, our daily schedule offers consistency and flexibility because we know that children thrive when they can exercise their developing sense of autonomy within the context of predictable routines. We intentionally minimize transitions so children can find their rhythm and flow through their day.
